Reign Of Jafar Expansion Confirmed

Jafar has taken over Archazia's Island, corrupting the beautiful haven into his menacing fortress. His reign may be the greatest threat that Lorcana has faced!

We've known that this set was coming since January 2025, when it was announced alongside Archazia's Island, although not many details were confirmed at the time. Now we know a lot more about the expansion and it's biggest highlight is definitely going to be the Illumineer's Quest: Palace Heist!

What is the Illumineer's Quest: Palace Heist?

Continuing on from 2024's Illumineer's Quest: Deep Trouble, this latest Quest sees you take part in a heist for the ages!

Jafar has reforged the broken Hexwell Crown and transformed into the supreme sorcerer of the Lorcana realm! It's up to you to sneak into Jafar's Palace, survive the obstacles he's set up and seize the crown back!

With the included 2 Player Decks, you can take Jafar on alone, or team up with friends. There's also 4 battlegrounds to choose from, so you can choose the right difficulty for you!

When Will Disney Lorcana Reign Of Jafar Be Released?

The Reign Of Jafar expansion will be available in physical stores from the 30th May, whilst online-only retailers (like The Card Table), have to wait until the 6th June before selling this expansion.

Disney Lorcana: Reign Of Jafar Pre-Orders

We've placed a large number of pre-orders with shops over the years, but recently, we've seen more & more pre-orders get cancelled or delayed - particularly with Pokemon stock. Most recently, a huge UK retailer has delayed a pre-order on 3 separate occasions, leading to more than a 2.5 month delay, and counting! As players, we know & understand the frustration that this can bring.

That's why we currently don't offer pre-orders on any products, including the latest Pokemon sets like Journey Together or Destined Rivals. Any item available for purchase from The Card Table is stock that we already have in hand, ready to post as quickly as possible. This means you'll never get disappointing news from us, like delaying your pre-order!
